BUYER BEWARE!!! Unbelievably poor service for kitchen cabinet installation. The store is quick to sell the service but immediately outsources all installation matters and provides zero follow-up when the project goes awry. It has been NINE MONTHS and we still don’t even have the right cabinets on order to finish this job, despite dozens of calls to the store, installation services office, and subcontracted installer. Will NEVER use or recommend this service.
Update: reaffirm my 1-star review based on the "response from the owner" i.e. auto-bot response asking me to call them. I am a Lowe's Pro Account holder, have spent tens of thousands of dollars at the store, they have my name and full contact information...why is the burden on me to call them? Tell me you don't care without telling me you don't care, Lowe's...not impressed with this response.

I ordered cabinets in March, and I’m still waiting for the installation to be completed. It’s only 16 cabinets, yet three have been ordered incorrectly three different times. Every time I call, I’m told “this has been elevated to the next level,” but nothing ever happens. Managers just blame each other, and no one takes responsibility. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through. Still waiting November 1, no end in sight! Can I give zero stars!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
