I give it a one star because none lower is offered. Lack of knowledge in most departments, no willingness to help, lack of help. Mostly today with a run in with a loud, obnoxious manager that was frustrated with his job. It’s not the customers fault or problem Lowe’s does not have enough employees, and to get loud and hateful with them is uncalled for, especially me because I will get loud right back. Robert has no business having a managers position.

Had a fabulous shopping experience, thanks to Larry and Susan from the tile/floor department. Amber from customer service helped use my 20% off as a new credit card user. Susan helped set up delivery for several items out of stock, and Larry loaded heavy cartons of shower tile into my vehicle. Three people worked together like a well-oiled machine. Super friendly, super professional. They got my New Year off to a great start!
