- PMPaul Moon1 day ago4.0I had no problem with using the machine. User friendly enough. I’m sure that the machines require maintenance to keep them functioning properly. The amount you charge is higher than others I’ve used. Eg. Lowes, Home Depot, etc. They offer the additional key if you buy X amount. The cost of $5.99 is not that far different. The additional $2.99 option to “smooth” the key(s) cut edges is a bit over the top. Any other place I’ve used does the cutting and smoothing for one price. You know what you need to charge to make a living. I’m not one to dictate price. Nothing is getting any cheaper. I would probably use your service again. Most likely with the same scenario as last evening. I needed the keys ASAP and Lowe’s was already closed.
