  I called for a price and the owner came right away and quoted me the best price of three other quotes I got . The crew came out on time on when they told me they would arrive. I had an extremely large tree come down and without any issues it was down on the same day and they came back the next day to grind the stump. This company was extremely good and they fully clean up the yard after they finished the job . Look know further and call them you won’t be disappointed at all .Thanks Trees R Us.

  Today had several trees removed and a number trimmed back. The crew did a great job! They were very careful as a number of branches removed overhung the house. Great service at a reasonable cost. Couldn't ask for any better.

  Trees Are Us did some significant tree trimming at our Burlington house. Being relatively new to Burlington, we did research on which company to approach with the job. Having had seven trees removed from our previous Durham property, I would like to say that I have at least a bit of experience working with tree removal/trimming companies in central NC. We selected Trees Are Us. The estimate process was easy-peasy. The pricing was very good. There were challenges of not killing a property line fence and access to one tree that needed serious work. Ronnie (Crew Chief), his deputy Miguel, and the rest of the crew arrived in a timely fashion on the cited date, with company notification via phone when they were enroute. Ronnie is super responsible, technically knowledgeable and his crew was very hard working. Ronnie and Miguel demonstrated that TAU has people with high level skill sets. The work done was superb. Nothing damaged and the post job cleanup was (no exaggeration) better than any of the Durham work done by other companies. Trees Are Us management: Ronnie is an excellent face of your company; a true ambassador of your brand. I also want to thank your scheduler, Wren, who - at her initiative - rescheduled us when a storm resulted in such wet ground that the TAU truck would have damaged our nice backyard lawn. That type of customer care is not often seen in today's businesses. Trees Are Us will get all my future work. In fact, I will call your office next week to inquire about the division of your business that plants trees as we might need a Japanese maple in front of our house.

  I've worked with Trees Are Us about 4 different times now for everything from some very basic elevating, dead branch removal to several VERY difficult/involved jobs and couldn't recommend them more. From the start they are great about showing up for estimates, listening to needs and offering good solutions, the office staff Wren & Linda and great, personable & funny. Daniel, the estimator is great, always cheerful and ready to help find a good solution. Onsite crew is always respectful, easy to talk to and know what they are doing. They have helped me with several very difficult situations -imagine getting cranes, bucket trucks and climbers into the middle of your yard and removing massive falling trees from around your house, sadly not covered by insurance so it was a huge leap of faith and a big expense. This is your crew!! Professional, skilled, had all the right tools/equipment etc. It was nerve racking and the team never let me down. They took everything down safely, cleaned up and kept a smile the entire time while I was stressed out. In the crazy, they damaged a minor piece of 4x4 along my driveway and were immediately back the next week to fix/replace it. I absolutely trust them to get stuff done and not crush my house...lol. Smaller jobs have been equally good, good advice about what trees might need a "trim" and which ones were "just fine" and same quality team to get it done and clean up afterwards. Their pricing is great, absolutely worth the money (if you don't know, tree work can be pricey, you'll get a crazy range) but the best part is their attitude and commitment to doing it right etc. Can't say enough good things about this company and it's people. They are my absolute go to for anything tree related.
