- WLWarren Lapham3 days ago5.0I had a home built 2 years ago. The builder did minimal lawn installation only to get the COO. I hired K&K to do a more final lawn grading and seeding. They were very easy to work with, with Chris, the owner, checking personally on all work done. The installation crew was timely, easy to work with, and professional. Since that time K&K has continued to provide weed control, aeration, and fertilizing. Additionally, they have done clean-up work after I had a workshop built and have installed drainage. All work has been done in a timely, professional manner with notification before any work is done. I would highly recommend K&K Lawn Services.
