About two weeks ago I purchased a Hotpoint freezer chest that was on sale for $50 off the regular price for a Black Friday special. Approximately two weeks later after having the freezer chest delivered to my house I saw the same freezer chest advertised as a cyber special for an additional $90 off the Black Friday price. So today I decided to stop by Lowes to see if by some chance they would offer me the cyber special price. I wasnt really exlecting them to do that because the cyber slecial price was apparently only for on-line orders. Instead, Cindy and Robert consulted with each other and without even hesitating agreed to give me an additional $90 off the already reduced Black Friday price that I paid. Thanks again to Cindy and Robert for being so customer-oriented and Merry Xmas to me!

These people you’re paying to bother customers are becoming a real problem. It’s gotten to the point where I’m about done with this store. These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
