This location is the worst Lowe’s I have dealt it. Tasha at the customer service desk should be ashamed of her behavior. She is incredibly rude and tried to say she was the store manager multiple times. She escalated a situation so high lowes should be embarrassed to have her employed there. She argues and argues until the actual store manger was able to resolve the issue. I don’t know what this store specifics issue is but they are so uneducated about any and all store policies lowes has. Coorperate has had to get involved multiple times to explain how to do there job properly. I even had one of the males- don’t know his name, argue with coorperate on the phone about a return. It was crazy to witness coorperate telling them to return an item and the store employee arguing he didn’t want to. Like come on. This store is a joke. The only good thing I’ll mention is the paint guy is friendly. I avoid this place now like the plague

Okay the reason for the one star, I have a teenage daughter that's autistic and nonverbal. But she loves going to the hardware store with me and learning about different things. The other day we were in the store and there was a very large dog that terrified her but the dog wasn't doing anything wrong but she's really scared of animals. What she does is she starts to cry and then she will run like crazy to get away from the dog but that usually entices a dog to run after her. So I have to cover her with my entire body against a shelf while the person with the dog enjoys himself shopping and browsing and looking at things while my daughter is having a tremendous breakdown hysterically crying semi yelling it sounds like yelling it's hard to understand her but I have to cover her with my body and I'm holding on to one of those orange beams from the shelf so I can get some leverage because she's a strong girl. The person with the dog didn't even care just had no compassion for what my daughter was going through! So now because of that she will never go with me again to the hardware store! I used to love to have that connection with her and to try to teach her things about our house. I'm putting on an extension of a screened in porch on the back of our house and she's really interested in it so I'm explaining to her what we're doing. And then I tell her we have to go back to the hardware store go to Lowe's and we have to get this type of wood and these ankle irons that will support the frame that we're building. No I'm not sure if she really understands everything I'm saying but sometimes you really does surprise me. And then I would take a picture of what we're going to be doing at the house and then when I go to the store I load up the picture and then I'd show her the wood what we're doing with the wood and how we would have to cut it and where the ankle iron would go and what nails we need or screws and she would say... "I get screws dad?" And I would say yes! But I'll show you which ones to get. So this is how a normal day at Lowe's would be for us and it was fantastic! But now because she was terrified of that one big dog I can no longer take with me. And why do we have to have our animals in the store with other people. Yesterday I was in the store by myself and there was a midsize dog next to me I didn't mind it wasn't bothering me but I was by myself. But the dog decided to pee on the display case in the middle of the aisle just looked at his leg up and peed all over it! That was disgusting! And the owner didn't care just went on about his business. I tried to complain to the manager about the incident with my daughter. It took forever to get the manager up to the front desk where I was and when he did show up he was talking to one of the employees I guess wanting to know what's going on and I really didn't explain anything to the employees I just said I would like to speak to your store manager please. Well then he just hung around with them for a little while and I leaned over and I said are you the store manager and then he finally said yes and I said can I have a word with you please. And when I explained it to him he says there's nothing I can do about it that's all corporate. I told them look at my daughter look at her she's crying her eyes out she is so upset she is so scared all she wants to do now is go home! And he said to me there's nothing I can do about it! I said what can you do me one favor please the next time you have a meeting with the higher-ups or corporate can you explain to them how this one customer and his autistic daughter who is nonverbal had the worst experience in their store because they allow dogs in there! Hardware store is no place for an animal it's even difficult with having children in there it's dangerous you know because they're so curious. It's just not a place to bring your pet.

12/27/2025 went in purchased a grill, paid cash/pickup scheduled for 12/30/2025. Called the store and was told we got a refund when we didn't and I told her I was coming in to speak with a manager, she got my number and had Issah call me. He said they sold a grill not in stock so they canceled the order and issued a Lowes card that would be mailed at some point and he didn't know when. Then he said there is a grill in stock hid in the back and once I get my card I can come in and repurchase . Why would they sell a grill not in stock, cancel the order and have the grill???? Why did they send a card when I paid cash with no contact to me? Update: called Lowes customer service and there are 3 grill in stock and my order was canceled after I paid and left the store.
