The person I spoke to - I won't say the name or gender so they don't get in trouble. I will say, the name starts with a K. I asked if they had salt. They cut me off. Said in a super condescending way, "no we don't have any salt. Okay? Have a good day." And hung up. It seemed like they were mad at me for having the nerve to call in. They were extremely rude. I won't make the mistake of going to that location.
- KSKaren SJan 30, 20261.0Can’t give 0 so selected the 1. If possible, I will never deal with Lowe’s. No sense of customer service. Horrible nightmare with a cabinet order. Broken cabinets, drawers and doors that do not match, wrong measurements, etc. Gave them 3 chances and they were never able to get it right. Delivery/pickup is NEVER when they say it will be. Just plan to not leave your home until they decide when it’s right to come. REPLY TO LOWES REPLY: no one returns a call from your suggested number. I have worked with case manager with corporate and he would never return a call. Only the same AI generated email response with dates changed. It’s a useless system and you rarely talk to a live person.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
