The lead cashier Tasha and some short hair blonde woman are absolutely despicable at their jobs. I am not sure how this Lowe’s is even still in business with the poor excuses they have for employees. My husband is a contractor and Lowe’s will absolutely never get our business again. Save yourself the trouble and go to Home Depot.

I’ve called numerous times to speak with the general manager of the store in Belmont, but I haven’t received a callback despite spending thousands of dollars there over the years and being a military customer. It seems like they no longer care about their customers, which is unacceptable. This has led me to start shopping at Home Depot. The previous manager, Barry, took great care of his customers. He would call back and do a great job. I’m not sure what’s going on with the new management, but they definitely don’t care about the customer.
- JJJHAOct 17, 20251.0Just had a $600 dryer delivered from Lowe’s - Belmont, NC - the “installer” said he could not hook up the vent hose because I did not have the correct wall mount. Okay that was fine, I could take care of that myself. Then he refused to even hook the dryer hose to the dryer itself! Then he was going to leave and I said it’s not even level - it’s wobbling all over the place. THEY HAD NOT EVEN PUT THE FEET ON THE UNIT! If I hadn’t stopped them they would have just left it that way. Then the installer calls some woman at the Belmont Lowe’s and she proceeds to get on the phone and berate me for not having the correct wall mount. She was horrible and very far from customer friendly. When I tried to tell her I didn’t know what kind of mount I needed she said that was my problem and that I should already have that on my house. This house was built in 1969 and I am a renter!! I am a single mother and she made me feel like an irresponsible, terrible person for not knowing anything about dryer mounts. When I went to the link for my delivery to do a review it had been shut off. Said the server had disconnected. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE BELMONT LOWES FOR ANYTHING SERVICE RELATED AS LONG AS THAT WOMAN STILL WORKS THERE.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
