I placed an online order for a friend in Marion. Went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. So I told the customer service person I would get it together and she told me she would cancel the online order. About two months later they billed my friend for an order he didn't get & I didn't pickup.(with in mind she done a counter checkout for what I got that day. I was told the online order was canceled but apparently it wasn't. I feel sure that it was a lack of communication from one shift to another shift or one person to another person. It woukd really be nice if someone from the main office would look into this matter and make it right. It's no better for a corporation to steal from it's customers than customers to steal from a corporation.
My trip to Banner Elk was great. I got help from 2 sales associates that were wonderful.
Today the service was great!

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
