- JBJohn Bradford4 days ago3.0Big box store. Customer service is almost non existent. Sales people have little or no construction experience. Lumber is mediocre in quality. All the money must go to management because they sure don't pay for quality help.
- RLRicardo LuevanosApr 2, 20261.0Awful customer service and false advertising. I grabbed a 15,000 sq ft Turf Builder bag because it was supposed to be free. Turns out I needed a bag with a different item number, even though the one right below the sign was the same brand and square feet. They need to remove the sign if they’re out of the correct bags so customers don’t waste their time. I stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting for a manager, just for them to tell me it was the wrong item number. They also never have anyone working the paint section area. Always a long wait.

The person that I talked to there said that it’s online only, but if I order it online I could leave the store with the one currently in my hand. The numbers on my card had worn off so I couldn’t use it for an online purchase. They were supposed to run my card to show the numbers so that I could enter it online and get the$20 off. Instead they just purchased the item at the full price. Businesses will price match competitors so the customer can feel safe, like they’re getting the best deal available. Lowe’s won’t even price match their own stores online price. It’s the same item from the same location. Absolutely horrendous business practice.

- DGDavid GrandtFeb 27, 20261.0Absolutely awful customer service and frankly lack of basic human empathy. I had ordered a door and scheduled an installation through their millwork department. After nearly two months of no door and many phonecalls with installation services, I finally had to make several trips to the store to track down a person who could help. I didn't find anyone to help, I found Kristina. Kristina in millwork was unhelpful, unsympathetic, antagonistic, and incompetent. I was finally able to get her manager to help me while she fumed behind the him looking angry that I had been comped some of the cost of the installation. Save yourself some trouble and go anywhere else to get help with fixing your home. This Lowe's is not the answer.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
