    Years ago when the top floor of my home caught on fire I was at Lowe's so often sometimes people thought I worked there everybody has always been so precious professional and helpful. A few weeks ago I went to buy a replacement for my broken down washer and dryer... Dave helped me so much pick out an LG washing machine and the Life's Good dryer as well. Dave is not only knowledgeable and professional but he has a great sense of humor too ❣️ he answered all my many many questions to the point where he said :"Barbara ,if I spend any more time with you you'll have to adopt me..". And so I did !!! Lowe's you have my 10 Stars 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

    Horrible service! Ordered 2 bags of water softener from the Tunnel Rd Lowe's and paid for them to be delivered same day. Email and text alert stated they had been delivered. The picture proving delivery was nothing but blur. Looked at every door where they could be left - nothing. Called Lowe's 4 times - rang 20 times each time I called then went to dial tone. Tried again 3 hours later and Jake finally answered and said they had been so busy he "didn't have time to fart". I explained that I had not received my order. He tried to give me a phone number to contact the delivery company, saying it was my responsibility to take care of this. I asked to speak to a manager and then Steven came on the phone saying that it was my responsibility, because once the carrier picked it up, that was all Lowe's had to do with it. I said to just refund my credit card then and Steven said that he could not do that because the order said it had been delivered. He confirmed that he could see the photo was nothing but a blur. I am out the product as well as what I paid for it. If you are going to contract a company, then you are responsible for their service and the completion of the delivery.

    It amazes me how awesome the staff is at Lowes!! I'm building a new fence and their staff makes a potential stressful purchase/return situation into a seamless, stress-free experience so you can focus on what needs to get done. From locating product, to loading it, always with a smile and helpful advice!! I've been a Lowes guy because they were always the closest. Now I am because they treat their customers right!!

    Me and my son was walking and we seen this man sitting there sniffing can by can of that air duster. Like Lowe's yall need to start paying attention to who gets that.

    Great store. Lady at self checkout doesn't know what she is doing. She only knows how to ask her phone questions. Brought sn item to self checkout & she said I couldn't buy it because she couldn't find it in the system. Zero knowledge or care to ask for help. Obviously its for sale.
