I recently purchased a full set of kitchen appliances from Lowe’s, and while the sales process was easy, the post-purchase service was the worst I have ever experienced. Coordination between Lowe’s and their third-party installer, Reliable Services, was nonexistent. I spent over eight hours on the phone being bounced between departments, placed on indefinite holds, and transferred to dead-end voicemails just to sync my delivery and installation dates.
When the units finally arrived, the dishwasher was dented. Resolving this took another four hours of phone calls. The staff seems under-trained and overly reliant on saying "no" or "unfortunately" rather than finding solutions. While one "seasoned associate" eventually fixed the entire mess in 10 minutes, the previous 12 hours of frustration were unacceptable. I saved money on the deal, but the administrative tax on my time and sanity was not worth it. I will not be returning.

Had a pickup order of a truck toolbox. Simon was the employee that helped us. My husband told Simon that he couldn’t fit the toolbox in his truck bed long ways so he was gonna have to go ahead and install it. Simon went above and beyond for us and brought out a wrench for my husband to use to install the toolbox. Not only that, he took the packaging to throw away for us! It’s so rare these days to see employees anywhere that really care about what they are doing. Simon really seems to care about his job and his customers. He really made our day by taking the time and energy to help us out. Thank you to Simon!
