Overall a pleasant experience as I tried out several leather rocking recliners during two visits. Rafiq, the sales associate, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. And I never felt unduly pressured. It's always difficult for me to narrow down my options when I'm making a fairly large purchase like this. Time well tell if the chair I wound up buying stays durable and comfortable for several years, but La Z Boy generally has a pretty good reputation, including good customer follow-up. Anyway, ask for Rafiq -- he's friendly and chill! Oh, I wound up purchasing the Reed manual rocking recliner in beige leather. Paid $850, which I think was a decent deal.

A very poor experience post-sale. The sofa arrived weeks later than promised but more importantly the parts are uneven. The left and right side pieces lean significantly towards the middle. This was noted the very next day to support, who required phots and a case to be filed online. 2 weeks later a technician arrives and ‘there is nothing broken’. I am awaiting the next steps but so far the quality of the furniture, the timeliness of the responses, and the care and concern for the customer is highly lacking for what is a ‘premium’ furniture option.

The store and displays were attractive and helpful, and the sales staff did an outstanding job of providing information and guidance in deciding on a purchase. However, when we tried to schedule the delivery of a new chair to our residence, we were directed in an email or text to use a website and online system that we found confusing and totally frustrating; absolutely unfriendly and useless. We finally tried calling some phone numbers printed on a business card we’d been given at the store, and after several attempts, eventually got a callback from the sales representative, and some further instructions and phone number the the delivery department somewhere. We got the delivery scheduled after a horrible experience with the system. I would recommend customers get the delivery scheduled BEFORE leaving the store in order to get the help necessary to navigate the phone/scheduling system.

I walked in with the intention of looking/browsing and going to other stores nearby to do the same (as I am a person who likes to consider all of my options before making an informed decision), and ended up leaving with a new couch purchased because of how fantastic, knowledgeable, and helpful Rafiq and Rikko were! They answered all my questions, gave me space to consider my options, and educated me on why a purchased from la-Z-boy differs from other furniture stores. Essentially it comes down to the quality of the product and how it's manufactured. Overall a great experience and feel confident in my purchase.
