  Judy was very friendly and informative of the chair that I decided on. The atmosphere was very relaxed,not pushy. I would recommend the Asheville store.

  The sales person Rafiq was outstanding. I went in several times before deciding to purchase. He was kind and patient and told me and suggested ideas to me that I would not have considered. I went in one Thursday not knowing it was his day off. The girl that helped me was Not pleasant to work with at all. So I left Then I returned on a Saturday and Rafiq was once again out as he was sick. But Joy the manager helped me and she was extremely helpful as well. She took my order and put everything into computer and told me to call Rafiq on Monday and he would place the order. I wanted Rafiq to get credit of sale since he was so patient and kind to me so many times. All and all good experience. 😊 Susan C.

  Rafiq and Joy were very knowledgeable about their products and took all time needed to assist us in a buying decision. My 5 star review is meant for the sales staff. The process of delivery expense could be handled in a more professional manner. We did not make the chair buying decision while in the store. We needed to take the fabric samples home to decide, but I was given what was presented as the total price for the 2 chairs. We went home and called back to finalize our order. I understand that the governor is going to get his sales tax, but did not expect an additional delivery expense of almost $600. I would post delivery expenses so customers are aware while making a buying decision. I just bought a new couch and ottoman and paid $160 delivery expense.
