Inside the units were very clean and smelled fresh. The whole Complex looked clean, safe and well maintained. I rented two units and I’m happy as can be.

- VHVanessa HagueDec 13, 20254.0So many pros! On move out I worked with Ashley and she was so helpful. She answered all my questions and even called to check on me on my scheduled move out day. Moving is such a hassle, it’s hectic and exhausting and it’s a relief that at least the people you interact with are kind human beings. I love that there’s an actual person in the office. More than just that, at some places, there’s an office but it’s always closed, or if you do find someone they’re in a bad mood. I forget the name of the young guy who helped me on my move-in, but he was great as well. I remember he was just a baby - like 19 or something - but still incredibly professional and friendly. They hire great people here as far as I can tell! Other Pros: Easy to get a unit, easy to get in and out. They have plenty of dolly carts up front, which is a huge plus for me - though I wish they were bigger and sturdier… (can the owner consider bigger carts, or one of those carts with the 3 bars so you can get a mattress on it) - but hey, some places I’ve been to I have to hunt all around the complex to find the one dolly cart they have, but at Extra Space they’ve got you covered. Meh: As far as price, I had a 10x10 unit and they started me at $96 in June, then went up to $150 in November. So I moved out because hello, that’s grocery money! All in all, if 2 companies were charging me the same price I’d choose Extra Storage, because the staff are so friendly and always there to help. Especially if it’s short term.
