And best of all, they explain what is wrong and how to fix it or to avoid a similar issue from happening again. And when it was time for a new reach-in freezer, Jim was there to help. He explained the differences between each and helped me make the best decision. And then, they helped get the beast of a 2-door freezer into a very tight kitchen.
