- TETom Esker1 day ago1.0Don’t believe anything the AI assistant says if you call and ask for information. I called and asked if I could get locks re-keyed there and if I had to have bought the locks there. It told me I could and they didn’t have to buy them there. So I took 6 locks off of three doors and brought them there and they said sorry we don’t do that unless you bought them here and you just bought them right now at this time. I talked to a manager and he said that’s correct and golly I guess the AI assistant is wrong.

The best part is looking through the multitude of bad reviews on their delivery service. Each one has a generic response apologizing and asking to contact their customer service. If they really cared, they would fix their delivery service instead of giving empty platitudes.

I called craftsman they told me it had a 2 year warranty but I had to take it back to the store. I called the store in Asheboro NC and talked to Mike, Shown and Makzly all have told me to bring it in and I could get a new one at same price or a store credit, but I couldn’t get my cash back. I said that was fine all I wanted was my weedeater. So I go into the store none of them are there and the girl I was confronted with was Nicky that informed me they wasn’t there nor does anyone remember talking to me and they couldn’t take it back, replace it or give me a store credit so now I’m out a weedeater with no care to the store. So if anyone is looking for lawn care equipment please consider buying it somewhere other than Lowe’s because believe me they all flat out lied and didn’t even try to help me!!!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
