- WRWillie RobinsonMar 9, 20261.0I bought a 4200 30-cc 4cycle weedeater for $260 after buying it I had a lot of trouble with. I called craftsman they told me it had a 2 year warranty but I had to take it back to the store. I called the store in Asheboro NC and talked to Mike, Shown and Makzly all have told me to bring it in and I could get a new one at same price or a store credit, but I couldn’t get my cash back. I said that was fine all I wanted was my weedeater. So I go into the store none of them are there and the girl I was confronted with was Nicky that informed me they wasn’t there nor does anyone remember talking to me and they couldn’t take it back, replace it or give me a store credit so now I’m out a weedeater with no care to the store. So if anyone is looking for lawn care equipment please consider buying it somewhere other than Lowe’s because believe me they all flat out lied and didn’t even try to help me!!!!

I had a family member in waiting to come right over. They never called ahead and left a note that they had been there and no one was there to receive it. No communication, you try to call into the company and you get an AI robot no customer service. Very disappointing.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
