    What a joke. I ordered a dryer off there website and paid for it and they canceled the order. Went back to the store waited 20 minutes for an associate. Bought a different washing machine and range cord the range cord did work so I returned it with receipt. Then they told me that I DIDN'T purchase the range cord at LOWE'S when I tried to return it and wouldn't give me my money u back. What a joke LOWE'S has become. I will not be back.

    Lowes is very unprofessional with your credit card bill,they constantly say you have a promotion expiring and once you pay it they charge you interest anyone,once I pay it off I will be doing business with HOME DEPOT from here on out, I will not recommend Lowes to anyone.

    This is by far my favorite Lowe’s to come to. I travel here all the way from Pittsboro. Chase and Eli were awesome help. Will be back just for them and the good products

    During a recent visit to your store, I was standing right beside my husband when a female sales associate approached him directly, even though we had not asked for help. She did not make eye contact with me or acknowledge my presence at all, and continued to speak only to him even after he told her he didn’t need assistance. I found this behavior rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I am not a jealous person, but I do recognize when another woman is being rude or disrespectful. This kind of behavior is not appropriate in a customer service role and does not reflect the level of professionalism expected from Lowe’s employees. In addition, the associate’s clothing was not suitable for a hardware store environment. Professional appearance and conduct should be consistent across all employees to maintain the respectful atmosphere customers expect. Thank you for your time and for addressing this matter to ensure that all customers are treated with equal respect and professionalism.
