- FFFenn FrenchJan 24, 20262.0It's a great lowes store. Like the others but bigger. Spent 30 minutes didn't get any help. Left empty handed. But that's what you expect. I normally find everything I need by using the shop feature on the Lowes app. It's fabulous, in theory. Type in what your looking for and it tells you where to go. You don't need to chase down a store employee trying to avoid being chased down. By the way there is no customer service counter at this location. Here's the rub. The shop feature doesn't work if there is no Internet. Most times my Internet doesn't work inside this store. Even my cell phone doesn't get data internet. Come on Lowes in 2026. Add a hot spot. I'll spend enough to pay for it. You invested in the fancy shop function. What good is it without internet.

They gave us the wrong cabinets , lost our dishwasher and also never ordered our microwave. I gave them chances to make things right on the cabinets and dishwasher, but after a third time I choose to bring my business elsewhere.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
