    I genuinely wanted to believe in this corporation. Hosting a customer and kids event was a generous gesture and seemed like a strong start. The activities such as food trucks, slime stations, and wood craft stations sounded promising, and at first glance, the event appeared to be a fun and family-friendly outing. Unfortunately, any goodwill was quickly erased by the complete lack of organization and the rude and unprofessional behavior of some staff. While a few employees were friendly, others were aggressive, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service. A particularly upsetting example occurred when my child and I were told to move and leave the area where we were simply waiting for our long overdue food from a truck. While we were washing our hands, an employee raised their voice and told us the sink was not a play thing. I understand the event was ending, but there is absolutely no reason to treat customers like that, especially those with children. To make things worse, I had asked for one of the promotional buckets after noticing that the supply was running low. I was clearly told I would get one and that they would not run out. That was not true. There were no buckets available when I left, and when I politely followed up, I was treated as though I was asking for something unreasonable. The dismissive attitude was completely unacceptable. This event started with promise but ended on a sour and frustrating note. Because of this experience and the way customers were treated, I will no longer shop at this establishment. If this is how they handle a community event meant to build goodwill, I cannot imagine how poor the everyday service must be. A complete disappointment.

    Customer service was a joke I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional associates in my life. Couldn't get help in any department and when I did he didn't know anything more than me.
