  Wow! I can’t believe how far Justin went above and beyond expectations to clean our dryer vent. We were unaware that the previous company that did work on our roof had put a vent over the dryer duct that was inaccessible. Justin had to crawl way into this extremely tight space in our attic and disassemble the pictured pipe to clean out the duct. Our dryer now dryers are cloths in half the time and we now know what the issue is that we need to fix. He also helped us find a roofer to Install an accessible dryer vent cover on our roof. Thanks so much Justin and crew!!

  We replaced all of our windows last year and asked them to clean them. Justin, the owner, and the rest of the team were timely and respectable. However, after they completed the cleaning we noticed that several of them appeared to be scratched. Some of the windows had to be replaced due to manufactured defects but the scratches that I'm referring to don't appear to be manufactured defects. The team who cleaned the windows used a large brush with water to clean the exterior of the windows. The scratches are vertical and consistent with the up and down motion that the workers used to clean them. I shared my concern with Justin, the owner, and he stopped by the house soon after that to look at the scratches. He offered to have one of his workers come back and polish one of the windows to see if that would remove the scratches but unfortunately it didn't work. I texted him and told him that it didn't work and he said that is all he can do and didn't offer any other solutions. We spent a lot of money to replace the windows in our house and to have them scratched immediately after installation by the company we paid a lot of money to clean them is disappointing to say the least. If nothing else I hope they use this as a learning experience and change the way they clean windows so that others don't experience the same thing we did.
