- NMNathan McPhee1 day ago5.0Over the last two weeks I have been in there purchasing plants and flowers for our walking gardens. During this process I experienced friendly staff, but the outstanding service, friendliness and willingness of Patti stood out. I was purchasing thousands of dollars of items every day. I was doing orders on the phone, trying to set aside the plants trying to keep them loaded and trying to keep them from disappearing into other shoppers carts. (To be fair, each one of my buggies ended up, looking like a display by the time I had it loaded.) Managing this task each day of the days Patti was not working was extremely difficult, I had been spoiled by the service I had received the first day, But not everyone understands true service and has the kind of willingness to help Patti showed. The days she was there she was helping me grab the best and healthiest plants, loading them into my buggies and even helping me keep count as the orders came in on the phone. Whatever Lowe’s is paying her is not enough. She embodied the type of service every company should strive to offer, and every consumer hopes to achieve when they are shopping. I am beyond grateful for her help.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
