We had a great experience at The Brick in Saint John. Our salesperson (K) was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, and she made arranging delivery to our home in Sussex seamless. When we left the store, we knew exactly what day to expect our furniture and how updates would be communicated.
On delivery day, I received a text notification letting me know how close the truck was, which made coordinating my schedule incredibly easy. I was able to wrap up a meeting at work and meet the truck just as they arrived. The two delivery team members were friendly, professional, and efficient - they unloaded everything quickly so I could get back to work without missing a beat.
Overall, it was a smooth, well-organized experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be starting at The Brick Saint John for our future furniture needs.

The service at the store was top notch. The delivery was also. Great people all around. My only ? is that I was informed that the delivery people don't put furniture together out of town. I didn't expect they would but not sure why "out of town". We pay for delivery, where in town is free. Just curious why this policy.

We had such a wonderful visit to The Brick last weekend thanks to Arshpreet Kaur. My fiancé and I are first-time home buyers, so we were feeling a bit overwhelmed about choosing new furniture, but Arshpreet made us feel like we were in good hands from the start.
She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. She absolutely deserves recognition for the exceptional service she provides!

I have bought quite a bit from the brick, the last being a couch and love seat. Within the year I had it - it started to peel. I was a bit weary at first but contacted the brick and they made all right again. Very happy with the customer service and salesmen that helped pick out our new piece. Andrew Wilson is by far the best and could answer any questions I had!

We recently purchased a new dishwasher and were helped by Andrew. At first, we were just browsing, but Andrew was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were considering.
We visited The Brick’s competitors the next day, but none of the locations came close to the level of service Andrew provided, and we weren’t impressed with the products we saw elsewhere. Andrew’s service ultimately sealed the deal, and we’re looking forward to our new dishwasher being delivered on Friday.
Highly recommend—excellent service and a great experience. We’ll definitely be back for our next appliance purchase.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
