- AAanas anwar4 days ago1.0Ok I edited my comment : I purchased a table through this store’s online website in November 2025. At the time of purchase, the item was not marked as out of stock. Later, I was contacted by the store and informed that the table was actually out of stock. I was initially told it would be available in early January 2026. After waiting, I visited the branch one week into January and was then told it would take another one to two weeks, possibly until the end of January. As of now, there has been no update or clear communication. I have ordered furniture from several other stores—both online and in person—and all items were delivered within a few days, except from this store. Due to the long delay, poor communication, and lack of transparency about stock availability, I would not recommend this store.
- NMNathan MacGillivrayJan 4, 20262.0Bought a couch in Dec of 2024 which had an electric recline. Couch itself was fine, did self pick up and assembly, and pretty happy with the product delivered. After a few months in February of 2025 the electronics stopped working, and after three service visits it was determined one of the switches had a fault. Replacement parts were ordered and promptly delivered to the store by September (6 months as parts were literally shipped ie boat) - which after all of that wait, were parts for the wrong couch. As an added pain, the store determined that I am now outside of the service range.
