Well were do i begin. 1st off i ordered a chair which took months to come in which I understand but the communication was the worst on top of that the sales rep who i will leave out said it would fit into my suv. So i I get a call that my chair had arrived FINALLY went to the warehouse to pick up and it would not fit i was rather upset as I didnt exactly want to pay a delivery fee. So I asked the fellow who was trying to help who I speak to about delivery he went got his manager Sean to come over this is what I wasnt expecting he says where do you live so I told him and he said we'll if you want il bring you the chair on my truck after 5 if that would suit you. Now I dont usually review anything but thats customer service beyond anything iv received in the past. So 515 I get a call stating he was on his way he helped get it in showed how the chair operated. And on his way he went only expecting a thank you in return. Hes the reason a 2 star review is now a 5 and I felt the need to put it out there. I most certainly will be back to purchase a new bed in the new year based on this customer service experience. Dave.

My partner and I fell in love with a couch but unfortunately it did not fit into our apartment (I'll never forget you gunmetal Ashley couch). I went back to speak with Matthew and he was so incredibly helpful as I chose a new couch and he even had it delievered next day. Lovely costumer service and I would certainly encourage folks to go, ask for Matthew, and get yourself the new couch you've been dreaming of! Thanks again!
