  Ordered a couch on December 3rd 2025, sale rep didnt put the oder in. Waited longer than expect and also he didnt put the order in for a delivery on the date we agreed on ! Had to call the director said they were sorry and gave me a 100$ in store for my next purchase... flat costumer service. Hope this review helps the store for future refferences. Both for the store and clients. Ask for proof of services. Lots of promisses with bare actions.

  Faite la commande le 1 mars recu le couch le 25 mars javais ete aviser de 3 a 4 semaine et il ont respecter le temp conclue et en plus le service des livreur etait parfait a un point que je donne un 5 etoile pour le service, la vente et le produit merci leon

  Well taken care with the after sale when it came to adjust the pricing. There was a 20% weekend sale and went to see Jeff my Sales Representative and he immediately apply the discount and re-adjusted the price and made me save over $500.00 in total on these 2 recliner chair.The delivery was fast and reliable.Thanks.
