We purchased Pella windows from Lowes in 2023 which was a nightmare. They came in February and removed the windows and the people they sent out for installation were inept and unable to install the windows. It took a month of calls to Lowes and George and they finally sent installers from Eastern Montana. It was the worst experience we've ever had and now they are leaking. Will Lowes help with their shoddy installation....nope. Do not buy anything from Lowes and have them install.
☆☆The response below is a generic Lowes number that uses AI when you call to waste more of your time. Maybe Lowe's should just do the right thing and fix the issues with the windows. This response is insulting.

I was not pleased with the service at this store. We live in kalispell and have been shopping for flooring. We found one We absolutely loved and it was on sale to boot. A company wide sale because they were discontinuing that color of flooring. Our store called Missoula, they had 78 boxes in stock. We needed 32. Were told it would be the same sale price their. We drove to missoula that day to Lowe's. The flooring was right there on the shelf. No sale tag. We questioned how it was a company wide sale. I showed the sale tags from the other store and asked if they would match THEIR OWN sale price since they were discontinuing that flooring. They flat out refused and wanted us to pay full price. And the manager was rude about it too. Basically saying why would we even ask such a thing.
What a way to treat customers. Won't be giving them my business.

Mara and Brian (mgr) were so kind, patient, and helpful! I needed to return a butcher block and I did not have the receipt. My credit card was compromised last month and I got a new card and number. So, they could not look it up by my cc. Brian went into the system and searched for my old cc transaction using my last 4 of old card and he found it! Because I had ordered cabinets we looked for the too many different ways, to no avail. But Brian’s diligence and patience were the key. Thank you Brian, Mara, and Lowe’s!!!!! Best customer service experience I have ever had anywhere!

Terrible flooring section/ staff!!!! Overall a great store and very friendly staff but my issue is with flooring. I have gone in twice and called three times trying to get ahold of someone in flooring. No one comes to the service desk, no one answers the phone during business hours, no one is available to help. I don’t want to speak to an AI assistant, I want to talk to real people. This is absolutely insane.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
