  My first time in this store was a couple of days ago. The scissors I bought broke halfway through my project and the fabric was grossly overpriced for the quality. No one in this store was friendly. I will not be coming back ever. I’ll order from other companies instead. 0/10.

  Give the guy in the black and white striped shirt with the light brown curly side parted hair a raise asap he helped us out big time and he was cute

  The store carries quite a variety. That would earn more stars, if it were the only thing worth considering. There doesn't seem to be any staff to ask where to find anything. A customer wouldn't NEED to ask for help so often if there were hanging ceiling signs to direct customers where specific merchandise types were located to begin with. Then there's the ridiculous line length and ONE cashier. Seriously? You leave ONE employee to handle a line with 15 people waiting to check out? That's extremely poor (and lazy) management. If there isn't another employee that can help check people out, then a MANAGER SHOULD! It's not like there aren't cameras in the store, so whomever is sitting in the office can clearly see when there's a need to assist up front. Seriously, get off your duff. Then there's the check-out itself. Have you ever heard of tap-to-pay? Yes, it's basically everywhere (and I'm sure the owners of the place are happy to use that feature themselves, elsewhere)...but not here! So if you have your cards stored on your phone but you forgot your wallet, too bad for you! Also, be SURE to check your receipt BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE!!! This place is NOTORIOUS for overcharging customers, and it's due to employee error. Which they will want to argue with you about if there is in fact a discrepancy. Complete with attitude. Like it's YOUR fault. Scanner systems have been around for a VERY LONG TIME. For convenience, accuracy, and a faster check-out. And to be able to add sale prices to merchandise, or to change prices in general WITH JUST A TOUCH OF A BUTTON! Weird, right? To the owners: A little birdie told me, "CHEAP".
