This place is an absolute abomination. If you don't feel like reading my story just let me tell you World Market is unhelpful narcissistic jerks. My wife (who is several months pregnant) had been eyeballing the handler counter stools and that was all she wanted for Christmas. They were discontinuing them and no longer had a set in Missoula but had some in Bozeman. We are in Kalispell which is 2 hours from Missoula and 5+ hours from Bozeman. Some friends were kind enough to purchase the 3 stools they had in Bozeman and brought them up to us. Much to our surprise one stool was missing several CRUCIAL parts including 2 of the wood cross bars that hold it together. After calling Bozeman, Missoula, AND the WM help line we were told 47 different things. At one point they told us they could order the parts and it wasn't a big deal, someone said they could order them but we would have to pick them up at the store which is several hours away (heaven forbid they pay $10 for shipping). BUT alas turns out they no longer had or carried the parts and that the only thing they could do was have us return the stools. So after much frustration, lies, and deception, we decided to give up and return them. I contacted the Missoula location to see if they could either refund me OR put the refund on my friend's card since we are not able to travel all the way to Bozeman but for some asinine reason they informed me they could only give us a refund IF I had the card in hand that they were purchased with. Told them I could give them all my friends card info... didn't matter. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled at the lack of empathy and respect they have for their customers. So here we have wasted $500 on an absolutely USELESS set of stools. The best part was the Bozeman location accidently only charged for 2 stools but out of the goodness of our heart we had them go back and pay for the third. How stupid of us. I have never been more disgusted and treated with less respect than I have with World Market. I will tell everyone I know how disgusting and unhelpful my experience has been.

This is my favorite store. The diversity of foods and teas, the smells and the high quality of goods is just amazing. The pricing is a little bit above average most of the time but this is understandable Becuase it is mostly imported and hard to find foods and knickknacks. I have never bought a bad product, and never suffered poor service at this store.

We love World Market! We get our Torani flavors at world market because they have such a huge selection of sugar free flavors. We also like to shop for there for candles, exotic goodies, oriental noodles and sauces, tea cups, outdoor furniture, decorations, and fun trinkets there. They have fun little things for kids at the checkout stands. Be it candies or other items- if you have kiddos to shop for be sure to check out the ends by the registers. What they have changes, but we’ve purchased fun things you won’t find in other local stores.
