I signed up for the advertised 15% off text promotion (a QR code visible at register)but when it came time to apply the discount, the system wouldn’t work. I worked with Jazz, who tried troubleshooting multiple times, and when that failed, she referred me to another employee (an older brunette woman with glasses). Instead of helping, this employee immediately showed visible frustration and told me I would need to wait until the manager got out of a meeting. In other words, my time as a paying customer was treated as if it had no value. I wasn’t about to stand around indefinitely, so I left without buying anything and took my money elsewhere. It’s frustrating that a store would refuse to honor their own promotion and handle it with such disregard for customer service. In the end, they lost out on a few hundred dollars of business and potentially a repeat customer.
