When we called they gave us all the information we needed about bed bugs and what to expect if they find them. They sent a technician out the next day who was extremely thorough and was able to confirm we needed to treat for bed bugs. They told us it normally takes a week or more to schedule and prep the house for treatment so I was concerned we would have to cancel our trip. At that point they referred us to Rocky Mountain Bed Bug and the transition to working with them was seamless - they already had all of our information and everything was sorted out behind the scenes without us having to lift a finger. With the two of them working together we were able to get the house treated within 3 days and be cleared for travel! Both companies were incredibly responsive and helpful with information. I never once got sent to voicemail when I called to ask questions. These guys know what they’re doing and they really care about their clients!
