We offer exterior vehicle parking and shop space. Features include drive-up access, electronic gate access, fully fenced facility, and security video surveillance. Cylinder disc locks required for all units to ensure additional security. Our facility accommodates trucks larger than 20 feet and wide-drive aisles for large moving trucks. Monthly pest control services are provided. All leases are month to month, so you can stay as long or as short as you would like. We only ask for a 30 day notice before vacating. STORAGE INSURANCE: Storage unit insurance is often included within your homeowners or renter’s insurance. If you don’t already have those policies in place, it may be a great opportunity to check in with your preferred insurance provider to ensure your stored property is covered!
