Terrible flooring section/ staff!!!! Overall a great store and very friendly staff but my issue is with flooring. I have gone in twice and called three times trying to get ahold of someone in flooring. No one comes to the service desk, no one answers the phone during business hours, no one is available to help. I don’t want to speak to an AI assistant, I want to talk to real people. This is absolutely insane.

Super clean well stocked home goods store. They even have a n8ce selection of Carhartt clothing which was really nice prices were a little bit high but in the range of other stores. Everything seemed to be in order and I will come back

Purchased 8 - 3/4" x 4 x 8 sheets of plywood to be installed as sub-floor for our kitchen remodel. Quality was quite good at around $39.00/sheet. Good value. Also helped two other guys pick out the same boards for their projects while I was there.

Not only were they extremely unhelpful also very rude. I was in the dire need and stranded and needed the key made had the blank in my hand and everything but since they didn't have the blank to sell me they refused to cut it and said they cannot cut someone else's blank they need to make money off me I would have paid anything they asked to cut the key but they refused instead I had to pay a fee for a tow truck thanks Lowe's I will never shop there again and hope everybody I know doesn't either

It was good. Had everything I needed and got out relatively quickly. Only complaint I have is the item I needed was locked up and I had to wait for a clerk. I had pushed the button for help, once, then after five minutes, a second time. I then had to go to self checkout to ask her to call someone for me because they never showed up as a result of the button pushing. It was two hours before close and very dead, but they should have been available. So I wasted ten minutes waiting, but after that all was cool. The attendant was very friendly and got me fixed up.
