Cancelled my order multiple times with no reason given. Was on the phone with customer support for over an hour trying to figure out what the issue was with no results, they just kept trying to get me to call directly and after three attempts with it just endlessly ringing I gave up. My order was for $2600 worth of flooring but I guess I'll go elsewhere. No idea why they would make placing an order so difficult but it's wildly frustrating.

Great prices ,items galore. Tools of great quality, home improvement items to fit varied tastes. Help at times can be slow and not highly knowledgeable about the building industry. In my opinion way better than Home Depot. Everything is satisfactory with a great assortment of lumber and various grades to fit most needs. Again a much better experience will be had than at Home Depot - in my opinion. I am sure some will differ but that’s life. lol. Can’t please everyone!!
