  Thank you to Justin and the Ibey sprinkler family for years of incredible commitment to service. Justin is a tremendous resource; skilled, knowledgeable, friendly and an absolute sprinkler systems beast. Time and again over the past 6 years, he constantly surprises us with thoughtful upgrades, affordable maintenance options and all around great customer service. He patiently listens to our vision for our property[shifting always] and helps us to realistically accomplish goals towards making our home landscape a beautiful and nearly headache free place for us to enjoy for the short warm season we get. Over the years he has consistently delivered sound sprinkler installation, maintenance to our system, rendered upgrades as needed, automated control systems for our lawn/tress/shrubs, water solutions for our ever-growing hobby garden and retrofits to our out-dated systems that actually work and solve the practical problems with our home. He is consistently above board and transparent about what he can and cannot do. We have dealt with other so called "pros" and didn't realize how underserved, and overly charged we really were before meeting Justin. We have been charged an arm and a leg for insufficient service and products by other contractors in his field with endless problems and frustration. Even though they could solve one problem, we inevitably always end up with more than we started, as if they were creating others we didn't have before. My family highly recommends this outfit. Especially 'Justin' if you're lucky enough to get him, he's well worth the wait if he's willing to take you on. He is thorough and sensible, down-to-earth, and just all around a skilled professional who means business and his work has outlasted others by years, a testament unto itself. I have and will continue to put my family and business trust behind Justin and the greater Ibey sprinkler family company without reservation.   We inherited their system with the purchase of our ranch. We also inherited a waterfall they put in that fell into disrepair. For over a year we’ve been trying to have the entire thing fixed. They came out over a month ago where they turned the system back on but did not have the necessary parts to repair the system nor the waterfall. They then scheduled and rescheduled twice. So now we have huge puddles of wasted water all over the span of 15 zones and sprinklers that go off all day, instead of when they should, effectively. Found someone else.

  Justin and Kevin from Ibey came out today and spent the whole day updating my orchard drip system and adding new lines to flower beds. Now my yard is all on the system. I so appreciate their attention to detail, the quality I got for the cost, and them taking the time to clean up. I highly recommend them and their work. Cindi

  IBEY does an excellent job plowing our neighborhoods road and alley in the winter. Justin makes sure our sprinklers are running smoothly and operating safely every year. If they say they can fix something they do it professionally and with a positive attitude. IBEY is a wonderful Missoula family business!
