She was so rude to customers and her own employees, I’m not sure how you have any employees sticking around after how rude and snappy she was to them, and this was in front of customers. I can only imagine how she treats them behind closed doors. I truly felt sorry for the other employees, they do not deserve to be treated in such a rude and condescending way.
