- NANikki AndersonNov 11, 20251.0I’ve always loved going to Hobby Lobby, but after witnessing the store manager, Jill at the Missoula Montana location I’m not sure I want to continue going to that store. She was so rude to customers and her own employees, I’m not sure how you have any employees sticking around after how rude and snappy she was to them, and this was in front of customers. I can only imagine how she treats them behind closed doors. I truly felt sorry for the other employees, they do not deserve to be treated in such a rude and condescending way.

It takes us a good 20 minutes of being in line, checking out. Thata half our visit. I worked in retail so I try to be patient... But there doesn't seem to be enough registers open... Ever. But I love the stuff. The staff are nice. I'll keep going back for sure. I'll give 5 stars if the check out process becomes easier. Thanks!
