- CCChristine4 days ago5.0Stacy Ford is our sales person and he was very busy but introduced himself, showed us some great options and gave us time alone to talk and look. I value that space a lot when I’m shopping. We were looking at making a very large purchase but honestly was not planning on doing it this soon. The prices, the choices and quality a long with Stacy had us purchasing everything in one sale. Now we are waiting for the order to get completed and delivered. Stacy gave us his number and information. Assuring us it will be him calling us to schedule delivery next or if there should be any issues. He was very personable and helpful. So far very happy with how our sale is going.

She was wondering what we were looking for.. I informed her that we had purchased new furniture a bit ago and still have a open space... She asked if we had purchased it there, I said no, not this time (as I had purchased from furniture row in the past) , that I had purchased them elsewhere, and described what we were looking for... Her response was, "so you are telling me that you purchased yucky furniture from another place, well we won't be able to match it"... At this point I was done looking, even though they carry the same brand and design furniture we had purchased, and had almost exactly what we were looking for! I will order it, elsewhere and wait... Before dealing with her... On the way out she saw us leaving and told us her name was Michelle if we decide to come back, please remember her... Lol If I come back I won't be looking her up, but I definitely will remember her name, probably not the way she wants me to.
