  I walked into the Denver Mattress knowing nothing except I'm a side sleeper who sleeps hot. I was instantly overwhelmed with the options. But then came Greyson. She asked me some questions, then walked me around the store to specific options, asked what I thought, then used that to get even more specific options. I walked in thinking I was going to have to lay on every mattress--I even brought in a notebook to keep track--but Greyson helped me find my perfect mattress after only about 6 tries. She answered all my questions, and never tried to steer me to the most expensive options. I explained I wasn't ready to purchase on the spot (I knew I was moving, but didn't have a new address yet) and she was completely cool and didn't push me. (Though she DID let me know they only had 3 left!) I came back a week and a half later, and she recognized me instantly. She said they were down to only 1 mattress left so she'd saved it for me. I don't know if that's true or not, but it definitely made me feel special. I said I was ready to buy. Greyson handled everything and I was out of there in minutes. She made this whole process so easy. I'll be getting a second mattress for my (new!) guestroom in a couple of months...and I'll be bee-lining straight to Greyson.

  My family and I walked into Denver Mattress today to look for a mattress that didn’t hurt my back and Ray came up to us and showed us different mattresses and told us to take our time and try each of the mattresses well I found one that I really liked and bought it, Ray was very helpful and not pushy, and I would recommend Denver Mattress to anyone who is looking for a mattress and I will tell them to see Ray, he is a really good salesman

  I had a great experience getting my twin mattress for my kiddo from Denver Mattress. Elizabeth at the front desk was kind and quick to help me with what I needed, both on the phone and in person. I would definitely recommend to friends or family.

  My partner and I went to browse mattresses this weekend and didn’t plan on making a purchase (just yet) but we ended up choosing a super comfy one that we were really excited about. Ray helped us out and answered all of our questions. We were debating buying a mattress online but we agreed this is a situation where it was really nice to try one out in person and chat with a salesperson.

  I recently purchased an adjustable mattress and frame from Ray. He did an outstanding job answering all my questions. It took a couple weeks for my bed to arrive and I was able to schedule a delivery date. There was a slight hiccup that happened at no fault of the store. I called Ray and he was able to handle and resolve the issue within a couple minutes. Because of Ray's knowledge and professionalism, I will go through him for additional mattress replacements I plan on doing in my other bedrooms.
