Mentioned to my daughter that I had done a pick up at Lowes to which she replied, "Lowe's is awful for pick ups, you should go to Home Depot" Tried to call Lowes to check on the item, no answer after 10 minutes of ringing. My concern was that they didn't have the item even though they showed that they had three online, but I needed it before closing so I drove to Lowes where customer service said it wasn't ready yet and besides they never have pick ups ready in under two hours since they have so many. Rather than saying let's just go get since you are here, the customer Service person walked away. Needless to say, I went to look for the item which they didn't have. Went to ACE and got it.

While I’m paying for my items with a bunch of small items I waited to see if the cashier would put my items in a bag. As I finished paying I bagged my own items. This place has been going downhill for a while. Management should be ashamed.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
