I want to like Lowes but they have to do better -
1) There was the time they ran out of bags for a month
2) The physical aisles were shifted one aisle out such that the App gave incorrect locations -- went on for weeks
3) Made a pick up order on Saturday afternoon, didn't hear anything for over two hours. Mentioned to my daughter that I had done a pick up at Lowes to which she replied, "Lowe's is awful for pick ups, you should go to Home Depot" Tried to call Lowes to check on the item, no answer after 10 minutes of ringing. My concern was that they didn't have the item even though they showed that they had three online, but I needed it before closing so I drove to Lowes where customer service said it wasn't ready yet and besides they never have pick ups ready in under two hours since they have so many. Rather than saying let's just go get since you are here, the customer Service person walked away. Needless to say, I went to look for the item which they didn't have. Went to ACE and got it.

Never fails to disappoint every time I shop here. The bathroom is disgusting. The cashiers don’t have a clue what they’re doing. No pride in their work. While I’m paying for my items with a bunch of small items I waited to see if the cashier would put my items in a bag. As I finished paying I bagged my own items. This place has been going downhill for a while. Management should be ashamed.
