    Thank you for screwing up my order and costing me alot of money, time and issues in general. I ordered 2 rolls of 12x40 feet of back grass, to be delivered. Store only had 1 40 foot roll on hand. Upon ordering i was assured both rolls would be being delivered at same time to complete the job. Today I found out that being delivered is only one roll. Now mind you I received NO update that 1 roll was delayed. (No date given at this time) So it wasn't until i hired the crew to install and was waiting for delivery that I find only one roll is coming. So at the cost of non refundable labor expenses, this job will end up costing me money to complete. Response from lowes... "We are sorry for the inconvenience but our associate should not have guaranteed the delivery." That is all I got for an order the store messed up and that cost me $1000 in labor costs. This was the start of what I had hoped was a good business relationship. I have 3 remodel jobs, this fake grass job, and if all is good ill have many more jobs to establish my business. But if this is how lowes treats business customers.... I will be taking my businesses business elsewhere. Do better lowes.

    Store is well stocked and lots of helpful folks available. However, Scott at the kitchen desk is not very good at his job. We ordered stock cabinets months ago. He coordinated the purchase, stock, and delivery. At least, he was the point person for making sure the whole thing goes smoothly. It didn’t. He called a couple days before delivery and said they were short one cabinet and we’d have to go to a different store and pick one up. That’s an hour and a half drive. So we drove to get it. Then delivery day he tells us we’re short another cabinet. So instead of installing when we have the help, we’re driving back to the same other city to get the one he “didn’t catch” the first time. This is one of the things that sets aside the good employees from the poor. Scott needs some improvement competing his basic duties.

    Lowes Helena, MT: Was struggling trying to get a 2" x 12" x 16' pressure treated board off the rack and a LOWE's employee walked right by and didn't say a word. Notwithstanding a 4" x 6" x 12' beam. What a bunch of lazy employees. By the way, he had the veteran vest on. I'm a retired USAF veteran...32 years. He is a poor excuse for a "fellow" veteran. Really thinking about taking my business across the street to HD.
