Shoutout to Lowe’s Helena for delivering the most chaotic, inconsistent, and downright confusing customer service I’ve ever experienced on getting something delivered. If you enjoy broken promises, nonexistent communication, and being told five different things by five different people, this is absolutely the store for you. Our stove was supposed to be delivered Friday between 8:30–12:30. No call, no text, no apology — just radio silence. Then at 2 PM, someone cheerfully calls to say they’re “on their way,” hours late, as if that’s totally normal. Sadly, real life doesn’t run on Lowe’s time, so I had to leave for an appointment. They rescheduled for Saturday, and just to keep things exciting, it’s now 6 PM on Saturday and still no stove. After calling repeatedly and being handed a new story every time, we finally learned the truth: the stove was never even put on the truck. But why call the customer when you can just let them guess? We’re in the middle of a $60,000 kitchen remodel, and Lowe’s was about to get a great sale. Instead, they managed to lose all of it, plus any future purchases from us or our businesses. Truly impressive work. Its 6:18 and my stove is now loaded on our trailer. Note to self if you need something done and done right just do it yourself. Lol. When we came in they did refund our $39 delivery fee and gave a $100 extra off appliance so in the end they did try to appease.

Parking lot was well maintained. Only issue would be the road getting to and from the store, this is to no fault of the store.
