First there was this Russian (?) gal who was extremely nervous and anxious, English was horrible, or her accent was too thick to understand a word from her. She frantically said one or two and pointed towards other lanes. Then when I did go to the other lanes? No one seemed to have a clue how to operate their updated system and everything was so sluggish. Not an acceptable response nor situation. Their items are cheaply made and from china. I’m taking my business to the small and local ones, where my business actually matters to them.
