From the prompt response for an estimate; then, meeting with John for the estimate, and finally; to the actual cleaning. On time, what he said would he would do and did, and the final result is so wonderful. Not sure if this makes a difference, but, this is a rental and he treated me and the carpet like I owned it! Highly recommend John and Harvest. As an extra bonus....very personable too!

They were cooperative with our schedule, and they did a magnificent job at a reasonable cost.They showed up when they said they would, and it cost what they said it would! A month or so later we got a difficult stain on our very light bedroom rug a day or so before a requested showing. The owner wasn’t available for a spot clean on such short notice so he actually drove out to our house that day to drop off a specific spot cleaner for that type of stain - WAY over and above. Who gives that kind of customer service these days?!
