We were offered a discounted, discontinued last years model but with no warranty. Weird! Why would you change your warranty just because it was last years? Regardless, we made the purchase. Delivery was easy and schedule was without incident. The first night we woke up to a collapsed side. Upon reporting it a few days later, we expected to hear what most would expect….. we got screwed with a defective mattress with “no warranty”. To our surprise Denver fully owned the issue and honored us with not only a replacement BUT With the newest model at that!!! In this day and age what an unbelievable experience! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! Anyone looking for a new mattress most definitely should visit these guys. Helena MT

I was a few hours out on my relocation from CO to MT, called the store, Victoria was friendly & knowledgeable about what they had in stock (we needed same day delivery, if that was possible). When we arrived, Victoria was outstanding! Showed us what inventory & offers they had and found us an AWESOME solution (& was also able to help w pillows & bedding so we didn’t have to make another stop) AND her team was available to drop off our mattress within minutes of our purchase! Give them 10 stars, Victoria & the Helena Denver Mattress Co team are rockstars!!
