  Greeted shortly after walking in door. Shown where recliners were. She pointed out the recliners that fit our need. When we were ready to make the decision she left us alone to talk. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

  My husband and I went into this store last Saturday around 6pm just to browse. When we walked in, we were not greeted by any sales associates. We thought this was strange, for the next 10 mins., we did not see a single worker. As we made our way to another section of the store we saw an older woman sales associate who was completely asleep in one of the stores massage chairs. She was curled up in a blanket and had an iPad in her hand. We walked past her numerous times and she didn’t budge. Another family walked in to shop and that did not wake her either. Finally, I spoke to my husband and that woke her up and she was dazed and confused. She hopped up and said “sorry”. If this wasn’t bad enough; then the most unprofessional thing happened. 2 more sale associates (male and female) walked about together from the men’s restroom. They were both disheveled and hurrying out. They looked very embarrassed to know we all just saw them walk out of the restroom together. They were clearly doing things in there that are completely unprofessional. We could not believe our eyes. All three of them should be fired immediately.
