  Horrible customer service!! Horrible! I spent $4,000 there my hips are killing me. The sales man was very very rude. He told me my sheets are probly too tight. He sold me the bed and said I needed the medium not the soft. I wanted to return for a softer bed and he said I can only half 50% of my value in credit. Which they advertise 365 nights as long as you have a protector on the whole time. He said "i don't want to insult your intelligence, but did you take it home and install it yourself." NO your employees did. I will never recomend or ever purchase from there again!!

  Ray is very knowledgeable on his products and also other brands they sell! He educated me and guided me in the direction that felt comfortable for us! It was a bit of a rush bit with the President day sale and on site discounts it worked out perfectly!

  We had such a great experience working with Casey Hoskins at Denver Mattress in Great Falls! From the moment we walked in, he was attentive, patient, and genuinely listened to what we were looking for in a mattress. He never made us feel pressured or rushed, and it was clear he wasn’t just trying to “sell” us something — he truly wanted to help us find the right fit for our needs. Casey is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all the details, explaining the differences and helping us understand what would actually benefit us long term. We learned so much in the process! We are SO excited for our new set and are very much looking forward to a long-awaited (and much needed!) good night’s sleep.

  Found the mattress I wanted at the right price. I was able to look around on my own with no hassle from the associate. Once I decided which mattress I was interested in he showed me the choices for a foundation and pointed out advantages and possible disadvantage for each and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. He also explained the guarantees and that if I am not satisfied with my purchase I have a short while to do an exchange. My only disappointment was I won't get the mattress for a couple weeks as the only one in stock was the floor model. But I'm not in such a hurry that I can't wait. Over all a good experience.
