While out of town for work, I stopped into the Helena store and Dillon stepped in to answering additional questions and showcased the features I was debating over. (I had not comprehended I could mix and match bases and mattresses. Game changer!) I was able to go back the Great Falls team and Rennick pulled together my purchase in less than 20 minutes. I got exactly what I wanted. I appreciate the knowledge, the patience, and the customer service. I highly recommend the team, the chain, and the products.
