The young female receptionist was rude and completely disinterested in my business. Her response was that Electrolux does not make their schedule, she does and regardless of what Electrolux may have scheduled, she did not have me on their list. I stated I took the morning off from work because I was told that their technician would be there today between 8am and 12pm. She replied, "well we won't". I asked if I could schedule an appointment or should I call another repair service. She said "Fine" and hung up on me. It is my hope that this review will be received by the owner and customer service will improve.
