    Came in today. Saw a freezer on clearance asked the cashier if i could pay for it and come back and get it. A guy from the pro desk chimmed in without being asked and said NOPE YOU BUY IT YOU TAKE IT! Which is fine but 1. you weren't asked. 2. I wasn't exactly prepared to buy a appliance today. Felt it was incredibly rude and no customer service.

    I had a great experience at this location! The employees are always eager to help and go the extra mile to ensure you get exactly what you need. Edgar at the pro desk was especially friendly and professional. He took the time to assist me with a lumber cut, which I really appreciated. The store itself is well-lit and clean, making for a pleasant shopping environment. It's clear that they truly value their customers!

    If your looking for an appliance talk to Tyler Frost AKA "beanie" so knowledgeable and helpful super nice guy and made my experience of buying a new washer and dryer feel like fun instead of a dreaded chore. Kane one of the store managers helped me with other major purchases to include my EGO lawn mower, weed eater, leaf and snow blowers. Always a pleasure to see them when im shopping seriously these two set the bar when it comes to customer service! They turned this home depot guy into a Lowe's man for sure.

    In October, we bought a new dishwasher from Lowe's. We had Lowe's install the dishwasher, and right away it flooded our kitchen and destroyed our wood flooring. After submitting a claim right away, it is now April, and we have yet to receive any response from Lowe's insurance company, nor have we received any compensation for the damage caused by the flooding. We are, in fact, in limbo because we cannot mitigate the damages until we receive a response from the insurance company on how to proceed. I am an attorney in town who regularly handles these issues and have never experienced this lack of response. Thankfully, I am willing to take them to arbitration, but I think of other homeowners who have this happen and are forced to make a claim under their homeowners' insurance, or, worse yet, pay out of pocket. I've never experienced such poor customer service. No one from Lowe's will answer their phone (if you can find a phone number), and they continue to try to subrogate the claim prior to making us whole, all while we are living with water damage and what one can only presume to be a serious mold issue. Furthermore, it turned out they sent an uninsured third-party contractor to install our dishwasher. I have a three and five-year-old, and a husband with asthma, and the lack of compassion and response from Lowe's is astounding. I urge you to purchase your appliances (and anything else for that matter) from any other store in town. We purchased a new dishwasher from Costco, and it was a wonderful experience.

    Everyone says hi but no one can actually help you find what you’re looking for. Even though I can order it for pickup, I can not find it in the store. No one was helpful even though there is staff all over the place -they all act like they can’t be bothered and that I’m an inconvenience. As a last resort I asked for a manger and even that was a hassle and when I voiced my frustration I was met with an attitude. Well I will take my business elsewhere.
