Bad experience, can’t get help, overpriced. Tried to return Christmas gift and was told it had to be returned before Christmas, figure that one out. Use any other home improvement store except Lowe’s.

The manager was rude, and condescending. The young lady at the customer service desk was very kind and trying to be helpful. I purchased a Christmas tree 2 weeks prior to Black Friday. Never opened it and on Black Friday it was March down 25%. I Was just seeing if they would honor the sale of the one I purchased. The manager informed me that he "would not do that" I would need to return the first tree that I purchased and purchase a second tree that day. I told him I have a hour and a half drive each way to get to my house. He did not care and told me he will not do it. I have spent thousands of dollars with Lowe's over the years. Pretty disappointed. Don't deal with management and maybe it's okay to go here.
