- DMDestinee MathersApr 9, 20191.0These guys where liars from the start. First they sold me a "new" Washer and dryer that filled up with mold when I very first turned it on. Turns out they brought me a used one by "mistake" Then while switching them out they put holes in my floor and the wall by sliding the washer across the floor. Then the older guy (mark) blamed the new younger delivery guy even though he himself was the one that slid the washer across the floor. Then my payment time changes to the first. I started paying a week early. I was making my payment end of the month one week before it was due. They somehow didn't see I was paying a week early and started calling me every 2 weeks to tell me my payment was due. It took me 15 minutes on the phone with Conor to sort that out. Then now that I try to close my account with them they're telling me I'm missing a payment from 2018...ive never missed a payment. Ever...and it's just now showing up?? I only continued with them because I was hoping to gain credit by financing with them. But in 2018 they stopped reporting to the credit agencies! This has been a horrible experience. Will never ever buy from them again.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
