- KAKat Alton1 day ago1.03 times they have not delivered our washer/ dryer kit and install them. Absolutely horrible sense I am disabled and need it right away.

Immediately, Hailey assisted me in taking the order to my truck. Hailey also had Nate come with us to load our bulky order. I have an injury in my back and neck, along with a recently replaced shoulder. Nate and Hailey happily loaded the entire order. Thank you Lowe's #0319 for professionals like Hailey and Nate. But the real issue is at checkout—no cashiers, just self-checkout, so customers are expected to do the work themselves. What makes it worse is seeing three employees standing by the entrance, completely disengaged, chatting and laughing with each other, while customers handle their own transactions. If you are going to make customers do their job, maybe give us their employee discount. If the expectation is that customers take on the role of cashier, it’s unclear what purpose the staff is serving in that moment. This isn’t efficiency—it’s a lack of service. So Lowe’s would rather have employees watching customers work than actually helping them? Interesting approach to customer service.🤔

Call store, Oh its being delivered on 4/2..... That was never discussed, manager on phone could careless. Probably would have bought next door at Fred's had I know about the delay. Biggest problem is no communication from Lowes! Seems last time I had problems too.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
