  Brought an expensive 1 of 1 dress in that she has worked on before and nice work tailored with no issues. Dress is never worn and now needed another alteration to fit for an event coming up. All dates given with at least 2-3 weeks before the dress needs to be picked up. She forgot to do it then rushed it and damaged the dress making multiple snags on essentially a brand new dress that was just hung in a garment bag since she had it last and she had the audacity to say "that's just the nature of lace" Showing the dress to the shop where it was purchased they said its destroyed and not repairable. We will not be bringing any more work here or sending anyone else there to get work done.

  My husband bought a neoprene vest for our hunting dog that didn’t end up fitting well. We called ahead to make sure that Jenny was able to work with dog vests, in which she responded yes. When I brought the vest in, she said the dog couldn’t come in. So we took the dog out, but because she didn’t want to go outside, she changed her mind and allowed our dog in.. We described the issue with the vest and what needed to be done (cut chest area so it doesn’t chafe the dogs armpits, and “dart” areas to tighten neck). She accepted the job and said it would be an easy fix, $45. I came back after the weekend and noticed that she didn’t even get the vest close to what I asked. When cutting the vest, she mistakened the bottom for the top and cut too much off the shoulder and not enough of the chest region. She even stated that she had it upside down when fixing! So I re-explained the issue and again she said it would be an easy fix. She didn’t even come to measure the dog… I had the dog sitting outside the door… She goes to the back and makes a few cuts, and tells me to try it on the dog… she didn’t even come out to look at the fit. It was still not what I had asked. She gives me a chalk to measure my dog… she goes to the back and again makes some choppy cuts. I told her I’d have to show my husband but that I would pay her for now. As you can see in the photos, she did a HORRIBLE job. My husband doesn’t think it’s worth bringing it back because she didn’t care enough to check out the outcome of her work. If she doesn’t like dogs, then tell us that so we can take our business elsewhere! I’m so disappointed in her work and will NEVER come back nor recommend anyone go there!

  Amazing service! She tapered a pair of my jeans that I needed for my birthday and had it ready within a few days, took a blouse to her to have the puffy shoulders brought in for New Year’s Eve, and she had it ready in less than two hours. She will definitely always be my go to when I need something in a short amount of time. Amazing is all I can say!
