I would like to give a shout out to Tyrel who helped us with the purchase of our refrigerator he has great customer service. He explained everything to us about the fridge, warranty, ect. I would also like to give a shout out to Blain & Cory who delivered our fridge. They were very professional. They took care in bringing the fridge so they didn’t scratch anything. Blain also gave us some instructions for the fridge, before we
begin to use it. I highly recommend these two delivery guys and Associate Tyrel from the Billings MT Store.

I have shopped here the last 12 years. Steadily the customer service continues to decline. Yesterday I purchase a whole piece of peg board and it was a disaster. I passed at least 11 employees who never offered to help load it in an appropriate cart, help with check out, or load in my truck. One employee did say excuse me while he passed me in the aisle during my struggles to get it into the cart. I will NEVER shop here again! Lowe's has lost all professionalism. Complete lack of customer care. To let a small woman or handicapped elderly man or customers in general work like mad to purchase one of their products while at least 4 visible employees laugh and have a good ole time is ludicrous! Get some serious training and management or just go out of business.

Elisa in the kitchen/countertop department has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. She was short and rude when we asked her questions about the display countertops. After looking around a bit I asked her if she could provide a budget quote for countertops. I had all the measurements on hand. She asked for a zip code for the order which I understand Lowe’s needs to be able to service the city in which you live. Which Lowe’s does for us through another location. She told me to go to that store instead. I then asked if she could use Billings as the zip code. She completely ignored me and started talking to a coworker and looking at her phone while I was sitting at her desk. I’m going to have a hard time supporting Lowe’s as a company if this is the type of big box mentality their employees have.

The worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. The people at the pro desk were very rude and inconsiderate… it was weird because I was planning to spend a bunch of money there on a pole barn build. Pick wisely who you support.

Only place I was able to find filters for my shop-vac brand wet/dry vacuum. They had a great deal on two filters. A single filter was 23 dollars and some change. however, if you buy two filters it's only a dollar more.
