We had a good purchasing experience, horrible service afterwords so far. Alexis, the manager, was great when we were buying, then never heard from him again. Every time we called they seemed more annoyed by the call than willing to help or answer any questions. Now we are not getting the delivery we paid for because it’s on their time or not at all. So far, we have had so much better experiences with other furniture stores and will take remaining business elsewhere.
