Although there were issues and delays with getting a new platform that took a few months, Jonathon at Furniture Row Mattress was excellent throughout the entire process. He stayed on top of communication, followed up consistently, and made sure everything was handled professionally. His customer service and dedication truly made a frustrating situation much easier. Jonathon went above and beyond which he didn’t need to do. Jonathon listened to my frustration and acted immediately. I have never received such amazing customer service, which is very rare now in today’s world. Compared price, quality, and delivery with each mattress. Denver Mattress won the sale. Monica and Jonathan were very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure here. Monica closed out the sale. She was the most knowledgeable and personable salesperson we encountered.

She listened to us and selected options for us to test in the store based on our needs. Because of her strategy to help us make a good choice, we left the store happy (and not at all overwhelmed) although we will have to wait a few weeks for our new bed.
