It was easy to make an appointment for them to come take measurements and discuss the type of blinds I needed, and they arrived on time (8-27-25). We discussed that my job was small, but you never know who I'd refer to them, so they take small jobs. I followed them to their store to look at the large variety of samples. They let me take some books home. I selected the two types of blinds I needed, wrote down the item numbers and returned the books (9-2-25). They were having a staff meeting when I returned the books, so I left a voicemail later that day with the item numbers that I selected and for Rich to call me back to discuss how the estimate process worked. I saw Rich at the Home Improvement Show on 9-6-25 and reminded him that I still needed an estimate of the cost of the two sets of shades. He said he would get me one on Monday (9-8-25). When I still hadn't heard late on 9-10-25, I called the store and the receptionist said she would let Rich know I had called. The receptionist called on 9-11-25 and let me know that Rich would call on 9-12-25. I'm still waiting to hear from him! (Actually, I ended up calling The Blind Guy and had a wonderful experience.)
